UBPro-CI 1441 is a liquid corrosion inhibitor specifically formulated for oilfield applications, particularly in the gathering and transmission of crude oil and produced water. 

This formulation is designed to provide excellent corrosion protection for metallic surfaces, particularly ferrous metals, in various water systems, effectively mitigating corrosion caused by brine in harsh downhole and pipeline environments.

Applications/Functions

Primary use as corrosion inhibitor for carbon steel in oil and gas production systems, including flow lines, gathering pipelines and industrial water treatment applications.

Recommended Handling

 The recommended dosage is highly dependent on system-specific parameters such as water chemistry, gas composition, temperature, pressure, and flow velocity. A typical treatment range is 20 - 150 ppm(w/v), based on the total liquid production (oil + water), but a pilot test is required for optimal results.

Packaging and Storage

※ Packaging: Packed in 55 gallon/1000L IBC.
※ Storage: Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place. Keep the container tightly closed. Protect from freezing and extreme heat. 
Shelf Life: 24 months when stored properly in the original, unopened container.
