This is a corrosion inhibitor designed to protect the drill strings, tubulars, downhole tools, pipelines and pumps from corrosion on metal surfaces.
UBPro-CI 1441 is the alternative for Conqor 404(SLB's Corrosion Inhibitor)
UBPro-CI 1441 is a liquid corrosion inhibitor specifically formulated for oilfield applications, particularly in the gathering and transmission of crude oil and produced water.
This formulation is designed to provide excellent corrosion protection for metallic surfaces, particularly ferrous metals, in various water systems, effectively mitigating corrosion caused by brine in harsh downhole and pipeline environments.

Applications/Functions
Forms a persistent, hydrophobic protective film on metal surfaces, creating a barrier against corrosive agents. Primary use as corrosion inhibitor for carbon steel in oil and gas production systems, including flow lines, gathering pipelines and industrial water treatment applications.

Recommended Handling
※ The recommended dosage is highly dependent on system-specific parameters such as water chemistry, gas composition, temperature, pressure, and flow velocity. A typical treatment range is 20 - 150 ppm(w/v), based on the total liquid production (oil + water), but a pilot test is required for optimal results.
※ Handle as an industrial chemical wearing protective equipment and observing the precautions of described in the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS).
Packaging and Storage
※ Packaging: Packed in 55 gallon/1000L IBC.
※ Storage: Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place. Keep the container tightly closed. Protect from freezing and extreme heat.
Shelf Life: 24 months when stored properly in the original, unopened container.
