UBDrill-121 is a premium water-based drilling fluid viscosifier and filtration control agent designed for oilfield drilling applications. Formulated with acrylamide–acrylic acid copolymer and fine chemical materials, it delivers excellent rheology modification, filtration reduction, flocculation, and shale encapsulation performance.

The product provides strong salt resistance, calcium tolerance, and temperature stability, making it suitable for a wide range of water-based mud systems. UBDrill-121 helps improve drilling fluid carrying capacity, stabilize wellbores, and minimize formation damage during drilling operations.

Application Performance

Test Conditions:Tested with Bentonite OCMA and combined brine hot rolled for 16 hours at 120℃ according to API standards.

Recommended Handling

Recommended treatment concentration:0.1% – 0.5% (w/w)
Pilot testing is recommended to determine the optimal dosage under field conditions.

Packaging and Storage

UBDrill-121 is packed in 25 kg multi-wall, paper sacks.
Store in dry, well-ventilated area. Keep container closed. Keep away from heat, sparks and flames. Store away from incompatibles. Follow safe warehousing practices regarding palletizing, banding, shrink-wrapping and /or stacking.
