Product introduction
UBPro-443 is a kind of organic phosphates-based scale dissolver. During oil and gas gathering and transportation, metallic sulfide scales create flow assurance challenges. In some fields, metallic scale will cause well failure necessitating “pulling” a unit to perform of tubing replacement, rod replacement and pump replacement. UBPro-443 truly inhibits sulfide scale formation at much lower dose rates and controls the Iron Sulfide and other sulfide scales. In addition, this product can dramatically increase the running days of wells.

Application
UBPro-443 can be used to dissolve metallic sulfide scales in oil and gas gathering and transportation. It is effective on a weight-for-weight basis on several different polymorphs of iron sulfide scale. Actual dosage depends on the scale type and severity. UBPro-443 offers the following advantages:

* Dissolves existing iron sulfide deposits at low concentrations as required by the application.
* Improved economics over existing continuous treatments.
* Effective over a broad range of temperature, pressure and salinity conditions.
Recommended Handling
All personnel handling this material must handle it as an industrial chemical, wearing protective equipment and observing the precautions as described in the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS).
Packed in 55 gallon plastic drum or 1000LIBC.
Store in dry, well-ventilated area. Keep container closed. Keep away from heat, sparks and flames. Storeaway
from incompatibles. Follow safe warehousing practices regarding palletizing, banding, shrink-wrapping and/or stacking.
