Demulsifiers, or emulsion breakers, are a class of specialty chemicals used to separate emulsions.Demulsification is used for the separation of water from crude oil. As crude oil is produced from a reservoir it tends to become mixed with either natural formation water or mixed formation and injection water. 

As high-quality reserves are depleted, many oil recovery operations are relying increasingly on heavy crude oil reserves. To recover as much oil as possible from these reserves, crude oil demulsification is used for better oil separation. Breaking these emulsions helps to meet production targets, adhere to commercial crude oil specifications, and yield cleaner produced water for discharge or reinjection.

Primary Emusifier is a liquid blend of selected Primary emulsifier. It is essentially Polyaminated Fatty acid and is used to emulsify Water into Oil in Oil /Diesel based drilling fluids. It provides excellent emulsion stability, acts as a wetting agent, gelling agent and fluid stabilizer in a mineral oil base. It is also used for filtration control and for temperature stability.

TF EMUL 1 is used in invert emulsifier systems as a primary emulsifier. TF EMUL 1 is designed to emulsify water into oil and increase emulsion stability and to aid in fluid loss control. Recommended for use with the TF EMUL 2 secondary emulsifier to create a stable invert emulsion.

This product needs to be used with UZP-160A.Crosslinker UZP-160B is an organic zirconium crosslinker, mainly composed of carboxylic acid and metal salt. 
Crosslinker UZP-160B can be used as crosslinker for polymer fracturing fluid and polymer acid.

UZP-160A is designed for oilfield fracturing operation, is used in conjunction with crosslinking agent UZP-160B to form a novel clean fracturing fluid system.
