    From Product Selection to Technical Evaluation

    YouzhuCHEM's approach to oilfield chemicals goes beyond selecting a product based only on a generic chemical name.

    The same type of chemical can perform differently depending on the operating environment and treatment system. For this reason, YouzhuCHEM works with customers to understand the technical requirements behind each application.

      Field Conditions

      The evaluation begins with the operating environment, including parameters such as:
      Temperature and pressure
      Formation and produced-fluid characteristics
      Water and salt composition
      Crude oil properties
      Acid or drilling-fluid system
      Injection or treatment conditions

      Performance Requirements

      The next step is to identify the customer's actual acceptance criteria.
      Depending on the application, this may include viscosity, fluid-loss control, corrosion rate, demulsification performance, scale inhibition, H₂S removal efficiency or other application-specific parameters.

      Laboratory Evaluation

      Where sufficient field information is available, YouzhuCHEM can use laboratory testing and simulated operating conditions to evaluate product performance.
      The objective is to establish a technical basis for product selection and, where necessary, formulation adjustment.
