UBPro-422 corrosion inhibitor is an effective corrosion inhibitor in solids-free packer fluids and other oil and gas industry applications.
UBPro-422 corrosion inhibitor is effective at temperatures up to 400℉(204℃) in monovalent (sodium and potassium) brines and up to 300℉(149℃) in divalent (calcium and zinc) brines. Typical results show over ninety percent corrosion inhibition.

Treatment recommendations should be based on area histories which indicate a need for an inhibited packer fluid and compatibility test of UBPro-422 corrosion inhibitor with the packer fluid.
The suggested treatment for solids-free freshwater or brine packer fluids is 0.5%-1% by volume.
