Corrosion Inhibitor UBPro-425 is a novel water soluble / highly oil-dispersible, strong cathodic film forming corrosion inhibitor. Very high levels of corrosion protection have been proven for mixed fluids at turbulent shear rates of up to 10 metres per second.
Developed for film persistency, UBPro-425 provides outstanding corrosion protection of tubing and pipelines in both oil and gas field operations.
The inhibitor protects against corrosion in the presence of carbon dioxide (CO2), hydrogen sulphide (H2S), and organic acids. It remains highly effective in the presence of a wide range of oil/condensate to water ratios.
