Applications & Functions
Application Methods: Corrosion Inhibitor UBPro-425 is normally applied via continuous injection, but may also be applied through batch treatment or tubing displacement. Initial treatment should be up to 4 times the normal dosage to establish complete filming on line surfaces.
Dosing Levels: Recommended continuous dose levels range between 15 - 40 ppm (with respect to total produced fluids). The precise injection rate is determined by the severity of the operational corrosion conditions.
Injection Compatibility: Can be line injected or atomised into gas transportation lines using an appropriate chemical metering pump. It is completely soluble in methanol.
