China Suppliers Factory Demulsifier UBPro-411 for Enhanced Crude Oil Processing and Separation Efficiency
Product Introduction
- UBPro-411 are formed by polymerizing ethylene oxide and propylene oxide in a mixed state under alkaline condition using phenol resin, polybasic alcohol, polyethylene polyamine as a starting the agent.
- It destabilizes water-in-oil emulsions and is useful as a component of dewatering and desalting formulations in the oil and related industries.
- It can be mixed with different solvents to produce water/oil soluble final demulsifier with different active ingredients.
To address the challenges of Low-temperature crude oil demulsification, heavy oil and ultra-heavy oil demulsification, tertiary produced liquid emulsified crude oil demulsification, Our engineers has designed the demulsifiers which have perfect desalination performance.
Applications / Functions
- Dilute the demulsifier to a suitable concentration with a suitable solvent before use (Such as: Aromatic Hydrocarbon), inject it into the end of the pipeline or inject it into the inlet line of the combined station dehydration tank, or into the dehydration tank with the crude oil for demulsification.
- To ensure the best results, a preferred experiment is required on the demulsifier model before use.
Attentions
This demusifier UBPro-411 has been applied in China oilfield and Southeast of Asia, to solve the low temperature problems, the methyl alcohol is added to the UBPro-411, methyl alcohol makes it get a low flash point, which makes it a dangerous good, but our experienced engineers will help on this, please contact us for more information.
Recommended Handling
- The recommended dosage is 30 to 100ppm, while a pilot test is required for optimal results.
- All personnel handling this material must handle it as an industrial chemical, wearing protective equipment and observing the precautions as described in the Material Safety Data Sheet.
Packaging and Storage
- Packed in 200Litre drum or 1000 Liter IBC (Tote Tank).
- Store in dry, well-ventilated area. Keep container closed. Keep away from heat, sparks and flames. Store away from incompatibles. Follow safe warehousing practices regarding palletizing, banding, shrink-wrapping and /or stacking.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What are the main active chemical components of UBPro-411?
UBPro-411 is formed by polymerizing ethylene oxide and propylene oxide in a mixed state under alkaline conditions, using phenol resin, polybasic alcohol, and polyethylene polyamine as starting agents.
What applications is this demulsifier designed for?
It is designed to destabilize water-in-oil emulsions and is used in dewatering and desalting formulations in the oil industry. It is highly effective for low-temperature crude oil, heavy oil, ultra-heavy oil, and tertiary produced liquid emulsified crude oil demulsification.
How should UBPro-411 be applied in the field?
It should be diluted to a suitable concentration with an appropriate solvent (such as Aromatic Hydrocarbon) before use. It is then injected into the pipeline end, the inlet line of the combined station dehydration tank, or directly into the dehydration tank with the crude oil.
What is the recommended dosage for optimal performance?
The recommended dosage is 30 to 100 ppm. However, a pilot test is required beforehand to determine the optimal dosage for your specific crude oil conditions.
Are there any safety hazards associated with UBPro-411?
Yes. When methyl alcohol is added to UBPro-411 to solve low-temperature issues, it lowers the flash point, making it a dangerous good. All personnel must wear protective gear and follow the precautions detailed in the Material Safety Data Sheet.
How should the demulsifier be packaged and stored?
It is packaged in 200-liter drums or 1000-liter IBC tote tanks. It must be stored in a dry, well-ventilated area with the container closed, away from heat, sparks, flames, and incompatible materials.
