Product Introduction
UBDrill-222 is comprises of amidoamine, oxidized fatty acids and non-toxic organic solvent. It serves as a secondary emulsifier in oil-base mud systems.
It improves thermal stability, rheological stability, filtration control and emulsion stability.
When combined with primary emulsifier UBDrill-214, UBDrill-222 can provide good emulsification, improved thermal stability of the invert emulsion, and enhanced high-temperature, high-pressure (HTHP) filtration control.
Through comprehensive tests in a number of oil-base mud formulations with various base oils, mud densities, oil/water ratios and hot-rolling temperatures.

Application
Applications / Functions:
- Prepares UBDrill-222 high performance oil-based drilling fluid system.
- Functions as secondary emulsifier and provide filtration control.
- Combination UBDrill-214/UBDrill-222 can maintain HPHT filtrate in a water-free state.
- Improves the thermal stability and contamination resistance of oil-based mud.

Packaging and Storage
Packaging: 200L/Drum
Storage: Store in dry, well-ventilated area. Keep container closed. Keep away from heat, sparks and flames. Store away from incompatibles. Follow safe warehousing practices regarding palletizing, banding, shrink-wrapping and /or stacking.
